We help you to incorporate daily moments of self care into your life, by building a a routine and see what works for you. Yes it takes consistency and practice, but we go one step at a time. Our program is very accessible, for all levels, it only takes a short amount of time each day.

 

How the PROGRAM Works

Over the next three weeks, Saskia will personally guide you on an empowering path to discover powerful tools and practices so you can experience the profound changes yourself. You will then learn which exercises benefit you and how to incorporate these in your daily routine in a sustainable way. Each week you receive a calendar with your daily exercise and inspiration. Each day you will get access to an audio or video file:

  • Meditations | to start the day more balanced and focussed

  • Breath-work | to calm or energize yourself 

  • Yoga nidra | to recharge and sleep better 

  • Yoga | to move your body and open up

  • Live meditations | to experience the community

The MOAI team will check in with you regularly, via live moments, WhatsApp and email. This is different from a typical meditation app, podcast or course in which you just listen -  the program is about taking action and reconnect with yourself. Allow the space, energy, and enjoyment back into your life! We want to make sure that you truly transform and find a sustainable routine.

HI, I AM SASKIA

A global citizen born in the Netherlands. Over the past 10 years, I have guided and  trained people from all over the world in my yoga school in Colombia and the Netherlands and during retreats. 

I noticed many people have limited time for self-care and are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or tired. That is why I wanted to create this program: to give everyone accessible tools to better cope with everyday life. To feel more rested, balanced and  connected again.

My passion is connecting people with their authentic selves. I find new ways to explore and express different sides of ourselves and share that with others. l transcend borders to create an open and nurturing space for people to connect with each other and with their inner universe.

  • Accessible: We know that it is not easy to free up time in your busy life for something new. That is why we ask you only 5- 15 minutes of your time each day. Each day we learn you a new tool. We  explain how and when to use it and let you experience what it can do for you. By offering this variety of techniques, you can experience and feel what works for you and benefits you most. You just need a phone or computer and a quiet space and the exercises are for all levels.

  • Personal: When we created this program, we wanted to create something new - structured differently than traditional courses or meditation apps. With a personal touch. Our goal is to help you to find a beneficial sustainable routine that is manageable in time and fits in a busy life. The MOAI team will check in with you regularly, via live moments, WhatsApp and email. We want to make sure that you truly transform and find a sustainable routine. 

  • Community: As part of the program, you will join a supportive community of other participants to support each other and hold each other accountable.

  • Extra’s: In addition to the basics of the program, we provide you with extra food for thought, playlists and inspirational tips on mindful living.

Meditation

Cultivate a clear and focussed mind and start your day calm and centered with our meditations. Meditation is a practice to train your mind to become more aware, compassionate and present. Over time subtle shifts in your energy are showing how you perceive the world and how you react to your environment. It is one of the greatest treasures you can discover.

Breath-work

Discover the power of your breath. Our breath is the most powerful tool we have to change our state of being in only a few minutes. When we breathe more deeply we take in more oxygen. Through our out breath we release toxins. By using our breath consciously we can dissolve blockages in our thinking, feeling and behaviour and feel more energized, relaxed and healthier. Improving our mental and physical health.

YOGA NIDRA

Deeply relax at any time of the day. Yoga nidra is an effortless practice. Just lay down comfortably and warm and close your eyes. Listen to the recording and your body slowly enters in a state of deep relaxation, while your mind stays awake. Yoga Nidra is known for its restoring, relaxing and rejuvenating effect with the same benefits as a few hours of deep sleep.
